Privacy Statement
DESJON GROUP will use your e-mail address only to send the invoice of your purchase or to notify you if a product is on back order. Your telephone number is used only if we have a question about your order and need to reach you quickly about your order.
Information Collection and Use
DESJON GROUP will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.
Security
DESJON GROUP takes every precaution to protect our users’ information including credit card numbers.
We also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected.
Orders
DESJON GROUP requests specific information from the user to fulfill our orders. The user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address, email) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Orders are to be processes with a 1 Day ARO (after receiving order) Shipped.
No minimum order amount.

Policies, Price, and Availability
Policies, item availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged. Please note that if the terms and conditions stated on your order form differ from those stated on our invoice, and you do not notify us within 15 days, it will signify your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in our invoice.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DESJON GROUP reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Purchase Cards
DESJON GROUP accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Shipping
For all orders $40 and over, DESJON GROUP offers free standard ground freight - UPS or Common Carrier. (FOB Destination to all Continental US locations)
For orders under $40, there is a shipping/handling charge of $7.50.
Product Return Procedures
All product being returned to DESJON GROUP (whether defective or otherwise) must have an approved Return Authorization # (RA#) written clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without this number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box will be refused at our dock.
To obtain an RA#, call your account representative at 888-337-5661. Please provide the following information:

Defective Product
DESJON GROUP will not issue RA # on an order after 30 days from the invoice date.
For approved returns, we will issue an ARS (Authorized Return Service) tag and will incur the freight charge for returning defective products.
Warranty
All products are sold with manufacturer’s warranty. DESJON GROUP does not offer a warranty and will assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of any consumable in any manufacturer’s equipment other than the vendor’s warranty.
Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability to DESJON GROUP arising from any product sold on the DESJON GROUP website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall DESJON GROUP, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Jurisdiction & Venue
Any legal action brought against DESJON GROUP shall be governed by the laws of the State of Caifornia without regard to its conflict of law principles. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made to DESJON GROUP shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Orange County, California.

Non-Defective Product
DESJON GROUP will not issue RA # on orders over 30 days from the invoice date.
We grant credit for returns only if the product is returned in its original packaging
The cost to return the product will normally be the return freight charge. If the return is a result of our error, we will issue an ARS (Authorized Return Service) tag.
There is no restocking fee for returns within the 30 day RA period.
Shipping Errors
Any shipping error should be reported to our DESJON GROUP’s customer service department (888-337-5661) within 5 days of receipt of product.
Product Damaged in Transit
If you receive a product that has obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice the damage after the carrier has left the premises, please contact DESJON GROUP’s customer service department (888-337-5661) within 5 days of receipt of product.
Repackaging Product for Return
All products must be returned in its original packaging, including Styrofoam inserts, end caps, etc.
DESJON GROUP cannot give credit on any product when either the product or the manufacturer’s boxes have been written on or otherwise marked in anyway.
All products must be shipped in protective outer boxing, with the RA# clearly printed on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without the RA# on the outside of the shipping box will be returned to sender.
